The idea

Andy Frisella's audience already lived by a daily discipline routine — but they were tracking it across notebooks, spreadsheets, and screenshots. The Operator Standard puts the whole system in one app: the daily list, the coaching, the podcast, and the community, all in the same place.

What we worked on

  • Feature work across the app on both iOS and Android, from one shared codebase.
  • Daily task tracking with streaks, history, and progress that syncs across devices.
  • The AI coaching layer, which reads a member's own activity to give relevant guidance.
  • Social features at scale — feed, profiles, direct messaging, challenges, and leaderboards.
  • In-app podcast and video playback tied into the daily routine.
  • Backend and data work to keep the app quick for a large, growing user base.
